Frugality I would suppose is every mom’s common denominator, in today’s space and time where prices of commodities, goods and practically everything is so volatile, there’s no other option but to find ways to at least lessen spendings and if it cannot be avoided go for goods that offer daily deal.

I’m one of those moms that really keep this in mind, before I buy something, especially those goods, appliances and stuff that are priced higher than our usual expenditure, I make it sure to check other offers online first, I know for sure there are marked-down items I can score online than buying the regular priced ones over the physical shelf instead.

I’m just thankful we’ve gotten rid of our credit card, I replaced it with debit card, it worked perfectly well for me and for all of us, this method spurns us away from impulsive shopping and spending, while it was hard in the beginning, I just put it that we will benefit from it in the end – true enough, I’m now running my household debt free.

As I write, there are zillions of daily deals you can avail online, in fact, practically all the stuff we need comes on rock-bottom deals, but take my word for this, be careful with sites you’ll be dealing with online, read reviews and do counterchecking just to be sure you’re transacting with legitimate deal sites, it’s best to be sure than sorry.

My theory is that being frugal is not just about cutting cents from the purchases you made every time, to me it’s about discipline, it’s about thinking that why would one need so jam-packed a wardrobe when you can only wear one tee at a time.
